As a senior executive to be in charge of functions of Accounting, Treasury, Tax, in-depth Business Analysis and General Secretary to the Board, covering Taiwan as headquarter and close supervision to international offices worldwide, with title of Director or above.

3. Self- initiative, passionate, creative and possession of persistent endurance and willingness for working hard with relentless efforts to reach the goal;

4. Strong in communication with fairly open minded attitude to work with peer and subordinates while simultaneously would initiate alternate suggestions
