About Our Client

Our client are a leading loyalty and CRM consultancy who work with consumer brands and retail businesses to drive customer retention, brand loyalty and customer spend.

Job Description

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for delivering projects and maximising the successful of the overall client relationship.

Working on individual projects or longer term loyalty programmes you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst developing value added solutions to drive growth and ensure overall success.

The Successful Applicant

In addition to the successful candidate having a proven track record in a consumer brand, consultancy or retailer they will also have;

- Experience of working as an Account Manager or commercial support role

- Excellent communications skills with the ability to build strong and lasting client relationships

- Ability to present to senior stakeholders

- Maturity and confidence to work in an international organisation whilst working autonomously in Taiwan when required

- Drive, passion and enthusiasm to deliver success for our client and their key accounts
