- 工作說明：
- Responsibilites:
?Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators, recommend and implement actions to improve vendor performance.
?Directly interfaces with product suppliers to assure a clear understanding of the product, quantity, price, terms MOQs, and shipping time
?Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with suppliers, including Balanced Scorecard process based on inputs across functions (design/development/delivery/quality/cost etc)
? Manage vendor agreements, negotiate pricing, proposals, terms and conditions
?Interface with Product and Sales to understand products and anticipate potential supply chain issues
?Work with the Planner to manage forecasts with vendors
?Work with the Product Development team in the vendor selection process
?Coach team members on purchasing activities and help to expand responsibility throughout the organization
Qualifications:
?The ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally, in a clear and professional manner
?10 + years experience in purchasing, sourcing and manufacturing
?3-5 + years of work experience in a Western Company
?Prefer experience in bicycle or other consumer/recreation-related industry
?Excellent organization skills. Competent with time management, deadlines, multiple projects
?Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
?Advanced understanding of product development processes highly desirable
?Advanced ERP experience - SAP strongly preferred
?Bachelors degree in business
?Ability to lead and work collaborative across multiple countries and cultures
?Demonstrate a strong drive for results and process
?Comfortable in a flexible environment
?Superior MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
? Ability to lead a team and influence others to achieve a common goal
?Asks questions and challenges “why” to create atmosphere of continuous improvement
