工作說明：: ABOUT THE JOB

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Our client is one of the world’s fashion brand-name cosmetics marketers worldwide. To cope with their business growth and uphold their leadership position in Taiwan market, they are seeking for a Brand Activation Manager.

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

POSITION & MAIN PURPOSE

Within the customer development department, being a team leader to work closely with marketing and sales to deploy brand / category / channel strategies in trade (customers) and achieve brand annual sales target by optimizing trade spending efficiency , identifying business opportunities, and setting actions to implement promotions, merchandising, pricing, and distribution plans and reviewing the results. In charge of business planning, sales forecast, stock allocation, promotion spending management, and new product launches.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Brand Activation Manager reports directly to the GM of Taiwan, lead one marketing assistant

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

?To follow the marketing strategies and to execute all promotion programs which includes:

?Local sales promotion planning, consolidation and execution

?Flagship counter tailor-made SP plan, execution and follow-up

?Promotion motif preparation:

?Value set pix, DM / selling tool layout & production follow-up

?GWP development & follow-up

?Promotion result audit and evaluation

?CRM Programs

?To initiate and plan the annual brand CRM programs and execution

?Maintain RDC database

?RDC information and performance reviewing & analysis.

?Competitor CRM information collection & analysis

?0800 Hotline Management

?Liase with marketing assistant to receive consumer phone query and product complaint.

?Produce monthly hotline report, and highlight key trend to management team

?First level complaint management

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:

?above 5 years solid hands-on trade marketing experiences in cosmetic industry

?Pleasant personality and good communication skills.

?Open-minded, outgoing person, able to listen and willing to learn new things.

?The candidate should be able to influence and persuade people to his/her ideas, as well as create win-win situations for all parties involved.

?Demonstrated ability to drive, and push things forward in an innovative manner.

?Strong positive interpersonal and communication skills influencing and working cross-functionally across all aspects of the company.

?S/he should have a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of customers.

?S/he must be an energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional.

?The candidate should be fluent oral and written in English and Chinese

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and MBA is preferred.
