工作說明：

The Training, Learning & Development Operations Team is responsible for the design, development and implementation of training, learning & development programs for retail employees.

The Training Specialist is responsible for the following:

- Design, build and implement retail training programs and courses

- Evaluating performance and learning results measurement

Preferred:

- Work experience in communication, business, finance, retail or related field

- Retail experience with a solid understanding of store and/or corporate operations, training and communications

- Experience with the following software: Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop)

- Teamwork orientated

- Strong cross-functional communication skill to develop training content

- Other related training program supporting

1.通路教育訓練課程規劃、開發與執行 和成效檢視

2.通路員工訓練發展紀錄，訓練成效統計與訓練績效管理

3.跨部門溝通訓練相關事宜

4.支援其他訓練相關事宜
