工作說明：

Lead 8-10 team members ( Order & Customer Support) and report to Supply Chain Director.

Manage three Continents sales and dealers‘ orders (PO acknowledgements, entry, routing, back order management, invoicing, maintenance of order related data in customer system)

Main contact for customers relating to sales orders, deliveries, RMA and payments

Prepare and distribute order status report for customers

Maintain customer data and price list in ERP system to ensure update and accuracy

Back up for web order processing and customer support

Support sales and marketing teams on prices, delivery updates and product availability and others

Responsible for monitoring inventory levels in multiple warehouse storage locations

Daily review and reconciliation of customer orders and backlogs. Ensures that backlogs are timely resolved through proper escalation within the respective organization

Participate in forecast process with customer, align with operations team to improve forecast accuracy
