工作說明：: JOB SUMMARY:

?To work closely with 3PL vendors to get stable service level in global forwarding, import/export and warehouse management;

?To achieve effective stock management and inventory control in Taiwan warehouse with 3PLs

?To handle import clearance for all LoBs in Taiwan as well as export of instrument swap to US

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Be in charge of monthly import clearance for all LoBs in Taiwan and handle instrument swap to US individually;

?Be responsible for CAG instrument swap for both physical goods management & SAP transaction;

?Independently handle warehouse inbound and outbound operation;

?Closely working with local service partners to get order on-time-in-full delivery to customers.

?Inventory transaction in system and scrapping for damage / short dating / shortage or overage goods;

?Monthly stock count and reconciliation in system, working closely with warehouse to find out cause to discrepancy and follow up action for improvement;

?Regular logistics KPI report and review with service partners for continuously improvement;

?Regular data analysis support to other team.

?Support supervisor to optimize operation process and implement key projects.

?Take in charge of Project Lassie for call pick, sample deliver and shipping documents preparation to Korea and US;

?Backup of daily Taiwan CAG customer call and order receiving, input, delivery creation at SAP system.

?Other duties assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: College degree and above

EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in logistics operation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

-Good English capabilities in listening, writing and speaking.

-Strong computer skills with Microsoft including Word, Excel and Power-Point.

-Good time management and teamwork spirit

-High willingness to take new challenge and work under pressure

-SAP experience is a plus.
