工作說明：

- Performs proceduresjtreatments and nursing care for residents in addition to assisting the Home‘s Doctor with practical procedures and ward rounds.

- Attend to residents‘jfamily members‘ complaints. Informs the

Manager of such complaintsand carries corrective or preventive actions in consultation with her.

- Works with nursing team to maintain high qualitγpatient care.

- To liaise closely with the respective hospital ，resident‘s next- of-kins on the dailγmedical appointment for all the residents in the Home.

- To conduct training for the junior staff as pa吋 of knowledge sharing session.

- To ensure all nursing care are carried out to comply with the nursing standard set by the Ministry of Health.

- To be 24 hours 〝on call〝 basis and to attend to emergencies at

all times. Requirements:
