Strong Experiences in Construction Management

About Our Client

Our client decides to invest a retail project in Taiwan which is a new idea for Taiwan market. They are looking for someone who is passionate and also committee to drive the success of the business.

Job Description

- Oversea the development, design, and construction activities for a multi-phased shopping center and be responsible for on-time and on-budget completion

- Review architectural & engineering drawings and market necessary corrective changes in line with pre-approved project plan

- Assist in the coordination with local and national government agencies regarding development regulations, entitlements, permits and inspections as required for the project

- Liaise and communicate effectively with architects, designers, engineers

The Successful Applicant

- 10-12 years of experience in architecture, construction management, project management or real estate development

- Experience in reviewing architectural & engineering documents

- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

- Fluency in Mandarin and English
