About Our Client

Our client is an International Business Process Outsourcer whose customers span numerous industry sectors including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Automotive and many more. They have built they business on providing outstanding delivery across a broad spectrum of services from Global Trade Management, to Freight forwarding, to customs brokerage and Import/Export Operation solutions. This role will form part of their Global Trade Management team in Taiwan supporting one of their key clients.

Job Description

Investigate customer(s) problems brought forward by either the internal staff or the customer(s). Either solve or escalate as needed.

Ensuring all trade related forms and documents has been ready with suppliers, carriers and the customer(s), and information provided by the broker is correct.

Preparing the monthly report metrics and scorecards.

Track and monitoring the shipment (import and export) and keep update the information with Customer(s).

The Successful Applicant

2+ years working experiences in the relevant field and industry

Great communication skills in Mandarin and English

Strong analytically skills

attention to detail
