工作說明：

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

1.Raise the brand awareness through focus on star products. A launches, brow bars and digital marketing. Emphasis should be on communicating what makes us different from other brands.

2.Develop, plan and implement launch and event activities in line with Company strategy and market requirements

3.Protect the brand equity by ensuring that global visual guidelines are adhered to at all times.

4.Develop strong and durable relationship with all retail partners. In conjunction with negotiation team, lead commercial negotiations including margin, cost share, counter space and location and new door opening.

5.Allocate capital and other resources within budget parameters and in accordance with actual sales trend to protect bottom line. Focus headcount and other investments on sell-out.

6.Forecast and report to headquarters retail and net sales, basic replenishment needs, new products placement, generic and promotional counter material.

7.Recruit, lead, coach, develop and retain the best sales performers to form a high caliber field force focused on driving retail.

8.Strive to build and promote positive values in a motivational working environment for all office and field-based employees.

The highly motivated and seasoned logistics and distribution center management professional that is a successful candidate for this role will have:

1.The successful candidate should possess with minimum 8 years brand management experience and looking after both sales and marketing function in prestige cosmetics or skin care related product lines.

2.The successful candidate should possess in-depth market knowledge (distribution, customers, competition, media, etc…) and brand management expertise.

3.The successful candidate should have good connections with top tier department stores, media, and the opinion leader in cosmetics market.

4.The successful candidate should be able to influence and persuade people to his/her ideas, as well as create win-win situations for all parties involved.

5.The successful candidate should possess entrepreneurial spirit, strong team coaching and management skills

6.The successful candidate should be not only strategic and analytical but also able to handle multitask.

7.The successful candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and good communication and presentation skills.

8.The successful candidate should be able to travel within the territory and limited international travel may be required.

9.The successful candidate should be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
