About Our Client

Our client is a diversified health care company based in Europe with activities in about 100 countries, it has more than 200,000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a high calibre Market Access Manager to join their Taiwan team.

Job Description

- Achieves national reimbursement for from strategy formulation to contract negotiations with the National Health

Insurance.

- Proposes the allocation of (health economics) resources to assist in managing products‘ life cycle by assessing needs and

marketing objectives.

- Leads market access strategies through conducting market research and financial analyses.

- Represents the company by visiting accounts and health authorities to solicit feedback on products and services.

- Serves as field based market access lead to engage stakeholders in the HTA body, government payer, reimbursement

review committees to communicate and persuade the value of company products.

- Pricing control to secure reimbursement price and minimise price cut impact from government

- Support KAM to make proposal for whole company products in key account and also make relationship with hospital

procurement

The Successful Applicant

-At least 5 years experience in related function in an International Pharmaceutical Company

-MBA on Pharmacy or Business Management is preferable

-Good communication skill (speaking, reading and writing) and presentation skill in both English and Chinese

-Deep knowledge of their own functional specialisation - current/best practice/global

-Global and regional culture and values and how they influence business Practices

-Decentralised decision-making processes - global/regional/local

-Profit drivers and performance indicators relevant to their functional expertise

-Structure and operating processes for local organisations

-Organisational product range and their potential synergies
