工作說明：

?Evaluate the product performance under incubation prior to formal kickoff.

?Review the design details from all respects including user experience, factory productivity, product reliability, and after service.

?Develops product engineering specifications and managers the product development with suppliers.

?Measures the conformance of product to insure it meets established company specifications.

?Initiates or directs design changes to insure product meets regulatory compliance.

?Responsible for project management through EVT, DVT, PVT engineering stage to MP release.

?Analyzes and oversees the analysis of failures of product to comply with specifications.

?Oversees product introduction through first customer ship.

?Travels to manufacturing site to perform functions relative to the development, measurement, and analysis of product performance.

?Directs the efforts of individuals engaged in creating support documentation or servicing company products.

?Supports the efforts of individuals responsible for introducing company products to the market place, including trade show support.

?Bears direct responsibility for product performance and meeting scheduled timelines.

?Other duties as assigned.

5.PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
