工作說明：

1. To motivate, work with and direct regional field force and wholesalers within the assigned territory to achieve volume, availability, visibility, pricing and other quality objectives.

2. Identify territorial opportunities, propose regional field strategies, and commit to execution excellence.

3. Work as part of the regional field force organization in line with short-term goals and long-term sales and distribution strategies so as to make company as the leading market player and trade’s most preferred business partner

3. Experience of Planning and managing KPI

4. Demonstrated capability for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers

5. Self-starter who demonstrated initiative

6. Flexible and adaptable

7. Drive for result

8. Mature and independent attitude with excellent interpersonal skill

9. Good command of English and communication skills is a plus
