工作說明：

Summary

Ability to design or develop a solution for complex problems and applies project management methodology to support the completion of key projects with a focus on Supply Chain & Production Operations Management. The job includes the ability to lead resources, prepare appropriate documentation based on the project size, delegate tasks to team members, effectively and clearly communicate project status, manage project risk, monitor the change readiness of the business as well as conduct post implementation audit reviews. Oversees all aspects of project information including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition. Provides oversight of a global (or Regional) portfolio of projects within a given business process discipline. The candidate must have the ability to manage medium to large size, global cross-functional projects. The candidate will also be responsible for leading and identifying business process re-engineering opportunities within a given business process discipline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties of this position include:

?Process development and issue resolution

?Manages, plans and organizes project activities

?Develops business project plans/schedules

?Identifies and manages to major project milestones

?Obtains key personnel to work on project teams while balancing business needs and expectations

?Communicates project status on a regular basis

?Manages project risk throughout the life of the project

?Conducts weekly project meetings

?Develops and maintains issues logs to ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues

?Partners with IS&T to ensure that customer and stakeholder expectations are met and managed

?Incorporates Apple best practices for Project Management to ensure consistent delivery of a quality project

?Communicates with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality of product and service

?Prioritizes and delegates key project tasks to team members

?Ensures the business is prepared for the change

?Provides customers and stakeholders with alternatives when key problems surface on the project

?Writes formal business requirements documents for projects/enhancements

?Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements

?Assists business units in creating quality BHU Documents

?Creates business case documentation for Sr. Management on selected projects

?Assists in the roll out of the new project management methodology and ensuring the PM One’s and Two’s are utilizing the methodology

?Completes knowledge transfer to business unit employees to teach them how to write business requirements

?Acts as a liaison between the business and IS&T to ensure business project needs are adequately met with technology solutions

?Assists in the development of strategy for their particular business process area

?Identifies and leads business process re-engineering projects

?Maintains a global/regional resource plan within a given business process discipline

?Provides consulting expertise through effective communication to customers, stakeholders, management, staff and peers to ensure expectations are met

?Experience / History of taking initiative to drive/lead/coordinate an effort among a team of people (formal project or not.)

Minimum Qualifications

?Ability to create processes from a business need or issue

?Extensive knowledge of project management methodology

?Experience managing medium (6-8 month) to large (8-12+month) projects

?Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints

?Proficient at managing multiple efforts simultaneously

?Excellent communication skills

?Excellent leadership skills

?Ability to maintain and develop relationships within the project team

?Ability to develop new strategies and options for new projects

?Understanding of the business processes as needed by the project

?Excellent organizational and documentation skills

?Excellent knowledge of the systems development lifecycle

?Proficient in business process flow diagramming

?Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather requirements

?Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solutions

?Excellent listening skills

?Literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools

Level Distinction

?Typically works on medium to complex cross functional projects

?Works with minimal to no supervision

?Has 6-9 years experience in project management

?Has 6 -9 years of Process or Industrial Engineering experience

?Excellent communicator who adapts based on the level of the audience

?Produces work product of the highest quality with minimal review by supervisor

?Builds and maintains business relationships and monitors customer perceptions of the deliverables

?Monitors market / industry trends and emerging technologies to identify areas for competitive advantage.

Education and/or Experience

?Bachelors degree

?Experience with advanced supply chain systems preferred

?SAP or major ERP system experience is beneficial, but not required

?B2B communications (EDI, XML, FTP) experience is beneficial but not required

MFG / OEM BPR specific requirements

?Process or Industrial Engineering experience preferred

?Direct Operational or IS&T experience preferred

?B2B communications (EDI, XML, FTP) experience

?International manufacturing experience a plus

?Some direct experience with Information System / Business Enterprise Application (PLUS: ERP or other inventory tracking/order processing systems.) Ability to develop test scenarios to exercise/validate software application features. Experience required (2+ years) in at least one of the following:

- next-generation system implementation project experience (subject matter expert preferred, not limited to Project Management/task tracking)

- 2nd-level application functional support (manage escalated trouble tickets, diagnose issues and identify resolution options)

- business operations Super User level

?Experience working in fast-paced environment with time-critical launch dates (not typically subject to negotiation.) Highly organized and able to identify critical path issues, and logically resolve obstacles based on relative dependencies.
