工作說明：

1.Report to HR Head, acting as COE and leading a team size of 3 to perform various C&B tasks including: salary survey, merit increases, bonus design, budgeting, job banding, global mobility, as well as key project leader.. etc.

2.International exposure or coverage of HK, India, and Malaysia can be a plus.

3.Ensure all C&B guidance, internal/external pay equity, and expatriate management on the right track, while compiling with legal and governance requirement.

4.Review and develop pay philosophy to align with company objectives and future development.

5.C&B task force leader for all ad-hoc assignments by HR Head.
