工作說明：

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager will play a very important role in the Sales Management team, he/she will be responsible for accomplishing the annual business plan, while coaching and developing a team of sales individuals in order to help them grow their territories profitably and as well as their professional capabilities with the primary aim to drive rapid market expansion and penetration, and increase the market share.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Sales Manager reports directly to the BU Head.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

?Responsible for the effectiveness of sales team and customers effectiveness; The customer includes University laboratory, Industry laboratory, Research institutes, Industrial customer, etc.

?Responsible for the sales achievement and accomplishing the annual business plan.

?Lead/ Coach/ Develop the sales team; Coaching and developing a team of sales individuals in order to help them grow their territories profitably and as well as their professional capabilities.

?To liaise with back office including customer service team/ finance team/etc, to ensure a high quality service for customers.

?Providing market intelligence for customers, market environment, and competition dynamic

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned sales professionals for this role will have:

?At least 7 years working experience in Phama raw materials supplier, or in supplier to Phama of manufacturing equipment or services, phama manufacturing, development or purchasing (TTY, CCPG, Wyeth…)

?Possibly candidates from Dow. DSM. BASF, Lonza, Honeywell, Dupont, or other multinational chemical companies supplying to phama Industry or competitors of Millipore as Pall, GE, Sartorius….or strategic partners(dealers) of them.

?Leading sales teams with 3~4 people, at least 2~3 years experience in managing people.

?Bachelor or above degree, MS is preferred, major in Life Sciences, Biotech also environmental, chemistry of related.

?Have experience in sales, marketing, phama manufacturing or business Management.

?Must be aggressive self-managed, sales oriented, business mind, strategic thinking, teamplayer.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor or above degree, MS is preferred, major in Life Sciences, Biotech also environmental, chemistry of related.
