工作說明：

Distribution Assistant Manager

Job Distribution

-To manage inbound and outbound logistics operations

inbound

?Manage relationship with 3PL to ensure all performance and cost requirements are being met as per KPI’s and/or service agreements

?Work closely with the 3PL to resolve any day to day issues that may resolve

?Build relationships within the business so as to understand business requirements and how the 3Pl will need to operate to meet these requirements

Outbound

?Incoming and out coming shipments process

?SAP system operations

?check stock for outgoing

?Forwarder/courier arrangements

?Stock transfer for operations

-To manage inbound and logistics operations

-Ensure the achievement of KPIs related to on time and accurate PO receipt

-Effective distribution center management and service deliverables.

Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration.

? Minimum of 6 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at managerial position.

? Logistics experience in apparel industry is preferred

? Be familiar with local customs law, administrative rules and regulations and distribution center operation.

? Good analytical and problem solving skills

? Project management and process improvement techniques

? Ability of training and developing the team member

? Good English, both written and oral

? Experience in E-Commerce operation is a plus
