工作說明：

Lead, manage and build up the sales team in Taipei. Identify suitable and capable new sales personnel to be employed in the future.

Set targets for the other sales team members based on the guidelines provided by the management.

Implement harmonizing measures with regards to collaboration between the sales team and the local and overseas operations / sales & customer service personnel respectively.

Market analysis & research on e.g. new products, industries, areas (geo.) and other business opportunities. Identify trade lanes for sales campaigns, set up a campaign plan with time frame and targets in coordination with the overseas office.

Implementation / roll-out, training / coaching of new IT systems such as CRM, track & trace etc. in a super-user function incl. assistance on further development of such systems and data quality control.

“Control Tower” for VIP, global, key and strategic accounts.

Assistance on coordination of business trips for customers and colleagues visiting Taiwan.

Conduct sales trips to overseas in accordance with management
